| JOB MAIN PURPOSE |
| Keeping record of a company’s financial accounts, providing a record of each financial transaction that takes place during the life of an operating company and keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in accounting |
| MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | |||
| § Revising & posting the local and imported purchases and all documents related and analyzing the change in prices (Raw and packaging material purchases). | § Following up on the storeroom entries monthly and posting them on ERP system – Great Plains (All company purchases from spare parts). | § Revising and invoicing the local and export sales and controlling the sales cycle. | § Revising and controlling the price structure. |
| § Recording all transactions on ERP system (Great Plains). | |||
| § Following up and control on the shipment entries and recording it monthly on GP and reconciling it with the distributors. | |||
| § Following up on attachments and all documents related to purchases. | |||
